I was honoured when asked to join the founding team at KIS Reighwood

• Led negotiations with vendors and suppliers, architects, to build boarding
• Initiated and executed innovative marketing campaigns re. Boarding.
• Recruited and now developing high-performing teams, for high-achieving staff, provided orientation, training, support and direction.
• Recruited and managed senior boarding staff with focus on delivering clear results.
• Set strategic plans to govern functioning boarding houses
• Directed day-to-day work of 40 employees in boarding and motivated teams to exceed objectives.
• Served as official representative of KIS school to public groups, Marketing visits and government agencies.
• Established very strong rapport with parents and students
• Routines in Boarding are in place and day to day running of everything boarding has been set up for the team and myself to execute

After working with Mick Farley Head of Harrow Bangkok and COE AISL Harrow Hong Kong, asked for me to join SLT and to set up Boarding for this new school on the side of a snowy mountain an hour from civilization. It was amazing countryside and a big venture.

I set up and directed four houses in this winter location. Full boarding co ed school in Japan. Starting a school, budgeting, finding staff and preparing the houses for the student arrival.

I enjoyed the students, staff, the location along with the thrills ups and downs of boarding. I along with SLT created a great community.
