• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplaces according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce polices to establish a culture of health and safety

Security

• Define security standards in all stage of the operations of each unit of the operations
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures that meet the defined security standards and address potential security weak points of the existing operations in the offices, consolidations hubs and delivery stations and revise the same business models and operations protocol change
• Coordinate closely with third party security agencies t ensure the assigned security personnel’s faithful and consistently implement company security policies and procedures

• Create and implement best practices quality vision, strategy, policies processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

• Lead and manage the quality function from new product development through warranty period to ensure a proactive culture so that customer receive the product that full-fill the quality standard requirement.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities through the business ensuring that problems are prevented and the customer requirement are met with any problems resolved effectively and economically.
• Report on quality activities on regular basis to the management team ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant key performance indicators

• Build up and improve the profession quality management System (QMS) to ensure the fulfillment of product quality and compliance along manufacturing value chain & processes include Inspection System and release process of finished goods according to the Swarovski Quality Standard and the requirement ISO 9001:2015
• Develop QCP and QTP in all processes to secure right articles check at the right place, right method, right time and the right quantity to minimize potential defects/issues
