In 2010, Dmitrii founded and has successfully managed Techliving, a leader in the Russian market for professional automation systems for private sectors, specializing in smart home systems. Since 2012, the company has continuously worked with MontBlanc Development and the renowned French architect Marc Prigent. Techliving has also undertaken projects with the famous Moscow architect Boris Uborievich-Borovsky - Antipenthouse and Penthouse, featured in well-known architectural magazines such as Salon and AD.

Long-term collaboration with the internationally recognized architect and 2018 European Property Awards winner, Dmitry Velikovsky, confirms the company’s market-leading reputation. In 2016, under Dmitrii’s leadership, our company completed a project in the country house of Pavel Te, founder of Capital Group, one of Russia's oldest development companies, which topped Forbes’s ranking of elite housing developers in 2020. In 2018, a smart home system was installed in the apartments of Sergey Zhukov, a star of Russian show business and the lead singer of "Ruki Vverh".
