I am a young Chef worked and dedicated all my professional life to cooking mostly in fine dinning.

Im able to create and conceptionalice, open and manage and maintain a fine dinning restaurant with michelin star level.

Working with ppl and develop them and see them shine is what I truly enjoy.

I would love to create concepts for brands, Hotels or Investors

Im a logical decision maker and I have a very calm way of working.
