• Process onboarding, extensions, transfers and offboarding on Fieldglass and the contractor provisioning tool
• Audit Background Investigations & Non-Disclosure Agreements and provide feedback to suppliers

• Responsible for Hostel Coordination & agreement -timely payments, timely solutions to the issues of hostel

Sourcing through multiple channels-portals, references and social networking.

Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.

Aligning candidates for interviews with respective teams after initial screening.
