inventory not over target.
• Meeting with owner and team with business review before start trip.
• Responsibilities include pre order & van sale management,
meetings in the morning for daily updates, and monthly-to-date
briefings on overall performance, KPIs, and other focused information.
• Coaching and training distributor sale team in selling skill and
operation process to enhance their professionalism and
performance.
• On-field work with sales coaching and market visits, and fine opportunity
in store. standard 4 days per week.
