I am a dedicated and passionate well services professional with over 44 years of hydraulic workover, and snubbing experience. I started my career as a roughneck snubbing helper in Louisiana and progressed to operator, supervisor and superintendent, working in a number of overseas locations before taking up managerial positions. Over the years I have gained extensive experience in all types of well completions and workover operations. In recent years I have been extensively involved and become very knowledgeable in plug and abandonment P&A operations both onshore and offshore. My extensive hands-on knowledge has enabled me to lead safe, efficient operations and I have gained extensive managerial skill in the fields of procurement, human resources, and finance. I have provided operational input in the development and implementation of user-friendly ISO 9001, 45001, 15001 documentation, including the recent implementation of MOC, Hazard and Effects Management Competence Assurance Processes. I have acquired a vast knowledge of operational, practical, managerial skills. I have been the Operations Manager with MMSVS Group Holding Co. in Thailand since the company began its HWO division in 2005. The company began with one unit and now has one of the largest fleets in Southeast Asia including 150K, 225K, 340K and 460K units which operate onshore and offshore and has an enviable track record for safe, efficient operations. I constantly focus on improvement and innovation. Many of my designs and modifications have made hydraulic workover faster, safer, and more suitable for workover and plug and abandonment operations on offshore platforms with challenging limits on footprint size and crane capacity.
