Overview: Participated in the development of e-MoC, a centralized digital platform designed to manage and streamline the Management of Change (MoC) process within PTTGC. The system ensures governance, safety, and compliance by standardizing how changes in operations, equipment, and processes are proposed, reviewed, approved, implemented, and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.
• Gathered and analyzed business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborated with UI/UX teams to define user journeys and improve platform usability.
• Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management to ensure smooth adoption across departments.

Key Achievements:

• Contributed to digitizing the MoC process, reducing manual paperwork and approval cycle time.
• Helped increase process transparency, auditability, and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Azurites (OpenXDR): A platform that combines security tools and information to effectively detect and respond to cyber threats.
• CDRP (DRP/ASM): The Cyber Defense and Response Platform combines the functions of Digital Risk Protection (DRP) and Attack Surface Management (ASM) to protect organizations from digital risks and minimize potential risks.
• Agartha (Fraud Detection): Agartha is a powerful tool to help organizations identify and deal with fraud quickly and accurately by using advanced technology to analyze data and detect abnormal behavior.
• Aruk (AOC): AOC is an advanced operating center that uses AI technology and digital systems to collect and analyze information from websites to detect and block illegal content and optimize organizational cybersecurity operations.
