- Assist in arranging Board of Directors’, sub-committees’, and shareholders’ meetings for parent company, subsidiaries, and associated companies.
- Prepare invitation letters, proxy forms, meeting documents, and minutes.
- Ensure meetings comply with laws, regulations, and corporate governance principles.
- Assist in preparing and ensuring disclosure of significant company matters in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing Form 56 – 1 One Report (Annual Report), Sustainability Report, and newsletters.
- Help in ensuring disclosures are made through SET’s website as required.
- Participate in special projects or initiatives related to governance, compliance, or company secretarial functions as assigned.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and documentation required for meetings and disclosures.
- Support the Company Secretary in other administrative and secretarial tasks as needed.
