•Continue process improvement by collaborating with customers to meet/exceed customer expectation in term of product quality and cost efficiency
•Supervise technical sales engineer in any daily issue in order to achieve sales target
•Implement marketing strategies for new products
•Responsible for sales planning, forecast, budget and market analysis both own company and competitors

•Ensure that all customers processes from Atotech are performing to the customer's satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency
•Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problems in the customer process

•Provide installation of new Atotech processes or Atotech systems at the customer facility
•Help plan all aspects of installation including all chemical and mechanical issues
•Be responsible for all technical communications between all Atotech departments and the customers

•Provide technical sales support
