2024 - Current

• Perform month-end closing for payroll (Salary, benefit, bonus and tax)
• Prepare SWB report and analysis the SWB cost on period end closing
• Reconcile actual payroll between group summary report and bank statement and also book AP Voucher
• Calculate the additional tax and file the additional PND1, PND.1Kor and PND.91 for expat associate and submit to RD and also submit payment in CITI Bank web portal
• Submit loan for student and legal execution payment into CITI Bank portal
• Salary and overtime allocation to Non-operation
• Balance sheet reconciliation and submit in Blackline
• Introduction about payroll, time attendance, T&E and medical claim for new hires
• Support team and assist the contractor when facing the challenges

2021-2023

• Perform the day-to-day processing of time attendance, overtime and shift pattern
• Responsible for Thailand HRMS system admin role
• Review Travel and expense claim related to domestic expense claim, oversea expense claim and cash advance
• Prepare OT, Leave, Unpaid Leave, Outstanding AL Balance for Leaver, Shift Allowance report for P&O to process the payroll payment
• Associate query and respond

• I responsible in General Ledger function
• Month-End closing, I prepare accrued expense, Fx hedging and Soybean meal mark to market, review operating expense, balance sheet reconciliation and intercompany confirmation
• Review payroll interface between GL and payroll report and coordinate to HR for resolve issue payroll interface
• Review and post loan and Fx hedging transaction, Bank reconciliation and prepare report for PND.53, PND.54, PP36 and PT 40
• Perform petty cash

• Perform Month-End closing for Fixed assets
• Prepare budget, analysis variance between the actual and budget
• Physical count of fixed asset and prepare report support tax
• Review and approve the movement of assets

• I responsible:
• Fixed Asset: updated fixed asset registers, record depreciation and sale scrap fix asset
• Account Payable: Accrued expense and prepare payment to supplier
• Tax: I prepare report and submit PP.30, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, and PP.36 to The Revenue Dept
