As part of the KSHOP team, I was responsible for 3 key areas: the KSHOP's backend, QR API Payment and Smart Code Japan.

• Managed and mentored a team of 12 Golang developers and 3 application support specialists.
• Provided technical leadership during all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Led the architecture, design, and built scalable back-end features using Golang to support the growth of our user base.
• Analyzed proposed technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Incorporated security best practices into software architecture, ensuring compliance with stringent banking standards.
• Modernized the software architecture by migrating the database from GTM to Oracle Database and by decomposing the monolithic application into microservices.
• Led the upgrade of software components, including the EOS database and EOS Linux distribution.
• I implemented the QR API Payment solution, supporting both C Scan B (Thai QR) and B Scan C (MyPromptQR), which is currently utilized by more than 300 partner businesses.
• Led the team to fix security issues and pentest issues.

• I maintained the Identity Management system and implemented integrations with various internal applications to enable user provisioning and enforce role-based access control.
• I managed the Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP), enabling centralized user authentication across multiple internal applications.
• I was responsible for implementing the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for KASIKORNBANK's mobile app, which is distributed through the internal App Store and Play Store for mobile users.

• Developed Java-based analytical data structures to optimize consolidated transactions report generation.

• Designed and developed a robust SMS gateway using Java, ensuring efficient message delivery.
• Developed mobile applications using J2ME, a platform designed for feature phones.
