Maintain fiscal and business operations oversight of DEA offices in eighteen embassies with responsibility of 32+ distinct foreign countries.

Serves as subject matter expert regarding both Department of Justice and Department of State business operations processes in support of U.S. federal narcotics operations in a foreign environment.

Executive level experience providing mentorship and training in all administrative areas to business operations leaders throughout DEA. This experience includes leveraging DEA HQs resources as well as personal experience to build cohesive teams across Divisions and series in order to ensure that all interested parties are exposed to all business operations functional areas. Requested to mentor newly selected Administrative Officers, Administrative Coordinators and Section Chiefs throughout DEA.

Formulate, implement, and is accountable for fiscal and budgeting processes, regulatory compliance, fund accountability, and adherence to directives. This accountability includes ensuring that Division complies with the Prompt Payment Act in addition to both agency and Federal wide acquisition requirements.

Responsible for establishment of new DEA Division in Louisville, Kentucky as a result of the Opioid epidemic in the Appalachian region.

Serve as an advisor to Senior Executive leadership regarding all administrative functional areas, to include Human Resources Management/Administration; Budgeting and Financial Management of a $10M annual budget; Procurement and Contracting; Property/Space Management; Records Management; Information Technology Management; and General Administrative Management.

Oversight of facilities in fifteen geographically diverse locations to include physical security requirements, procurement of spaces and equipment and liaison with General Services Administration (GSA) and private lessors.

Oversight of Federal Task Force Officer program involving in excess of 150 Federal Task Force Officers assigned from state, county and local jurisdictions throughout Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia. This oversight includes security requirements, negotiating of Memorandums of Understanding and fiscal oversight.

Executive oversight over the developing and designing or maintaining procedures to effect efficient and secured processing of highly sensitive law enforcement transactions and data to include PII data for law enforcement officers and financial transactions with highly sensitive third parties (Confidential Sources).
