  • Liaise with DKSH departments to ensure bill settlement and timely product delivery
  • Coordinate with client who agree to settle bill with cash
  • Keep record of price adjustments and rebates in the responsible sale areas
  • Maintain upto-date record clients, Allowing DKSH system to keep pace with changing client database and to facilitate ordering next time
  • To use web ordering system and customer requirements on website to edit as the customer needs
  • To use B2B system to reduce processes of stock checking and able to to do a realtime report as needed
  • To use DBI system to generate any reports as require.
