Lead and manage utility and facility systems including Electrical Power Distribution (RMU, Transformers – total 14.5 MVA, MDB, DB), Chiller systems (650 RT x 6 units), High-pressure Air 40 bar Compressors (300 kW x 6 units), Low-pressure Air Compressors 8 bar (160 kW x 4 units), Boilers (6.2 ton x 3 units), and Fire Protection & Fire Alarm systems.

Oversee OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control for utility and facility operations.

Drive energy conservation strategies and sustainability initiatives across the factory.

Key Projects & Achievements:

1. Implemented centralized control system for high-pressure air compressors to improve unload hour and reduce energy consumption.

Saving cost Overhaul = 1,800,000 THB/Y

Saving Electricity = 800,000 THB/Y

2. Reduced boiler blowdown losses by implementing RO water reuse from WWTP to boiler system.

Saving Natural gas = 300,000 THB/Y

Saving water = 100,000 THB/Y

3. Optimized chilled water supply temperature to enhance chiller system efficiency.

Saving electricity = 1,800,000 THB/Y

4. Improved cooling tower performance by installing ENCON fans.

Saving electricity = 900,000 THB/Y

Managed operation and maintenance of utility systems including Electrical Systems, Chillers, Boilers, and Air Compressors. Supported implementation of energy conservation management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
