• Supported facility and process equipment engineering and design, including integration and validation.
• Interacted with project leaders and stakeholder to define requirement and generate and maintain design development document.

• Tested models of alternate design and processing methods to asses feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.

Machine Specialist :

• Micro Adhesive Dispense Machine is designed to dispense a controlled amount of adhesive onto a specific location on HGA.
• Laser Static Attitude Adjust Machine is designed to measure PSA/RSA of HGA and adjust to target via laser.
• HGA OCR machine is used for reading small OCR on slider.
• Shear Test Machine used to determine peak shear force of adhesive.
