Introduction to Caregiving

During my free time I enjoy cycling and like to cycle for about 5km to clear the mind,sometimes if there is a park near by I would take a book with me and read relaxing in the shade and beautiful greenery like reading Personality enhancing books as well as History books and currently the History of Asia.When I get the opportunity since I am now studying in Thailand I would like to go on the Khao Yai national park trail.

Cooking for me used to be a hobby ,but now I see it as one of the many passions that I have ,It is important to eat healthy to keep up ones strength and general  cooking gives me a fulfilling satisfaction to see people enjoying the food that I would have prepared. I can follow recipes very  well. Traveling is so interesting as I get to  learn new cultures through the countries meals,beliefs, and their welcoming of diverse cultures.
